School of META CBT

As virtual environments in the Metaverse continue to evolve, new concepts of digital identity, interaction, and ownership are emerging—transforming how individuals perceive themselves, their personal identity, their possessions, others, and their cultural belonging. These changes can give rise to unique mental health challenges, such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, and detachment from reality.

The school is designed to help people struggling with mental health issues, who cannot solve their problems with traditional or cliché psychology, understand these new dynamics and equip them with the tools to navigate this digital world.
